Elkay Interior Systems (EIS), we belong to one of the world’s leading specialists in design and interior fit-out. Since 1979, we have supported well-known brands across a wide range of industries and bring long-standing experience in interior fit-out, design, and furniture manufacturing.

As a general contractor based in Aschaffenburg, we support our clients from concept to completion of their interior fit-out projects. Our focus is always on delivering tailored client requirements and creating distinctive interior environments. 1. Application received: Your application is in good hands with us
Your application is in good hands with us!
You can easily submit your application materials through our Careers page. There, you’ll also find an up-to-date list of all open positions. Your application will be sent directly to our HR department, where it will be carefully processed.
2. Review: We take the time to assess your application carefully
Once we receive your application, it is carefully reviewed by our HR team and the relevant department. We’ll provide timely, constructive feedback, so you always know the next step. We guarantee you will not wait more than five days for our response.
3. First introduction: digital and straightforward
In the first personal exchange, we would like to get to know you better. During a video call with our HR team, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our company, our culture, and the role itself. Your questions are always welcome, too.
4. Second interview: a deeper look into your future role
In the second interview, which is held online or in our office, we go into more detail. You will meet a manager from the relevant department and discuss your future role and expectations in greater depth.
5. Offer: your path to joining us becomes real
If we both feel that we are the right fit for each other, we will present you with an offer. We are always happy to celebrate this milestone with you.
6. First day: welcome to the team!
Now the time has come: your first day with us is about to begin. We are delighted to welcome you to the team. With a structured onboarding process, we make sure you settle in quickly and feel comfortable from day one.
